Translation services
Novilinguists’ core business is translation, software localization and independent reviews for select customers carried out through our translation and in-house Quality Assurance departments. We also provide post-editing of machine translation processed files on request. The company develops and strengthens its position on the global market because it focuses on what it knows best: localization services for Information Technologies, Videogame Industry, Medical Sciences and Marketing Communication. To ensure the best possible output, the company works with skilled local language professionals to provide authentic localization and cultural adaptation of the content so that a ‘whole culture’ experience is re-created for the user. We have an in-house Quality Assurance (QA) department to provide the highest output possible. Our company works closely with a strong base of translation specialists and reviewers to serve the tailored needs of our customers.

TOP MANAGEMENT Maurizia Gregorio Founder and CEO E-mail: mauriziag@novilinguists.com Maurizia founded Novilinguists in 1997. As an expert translator and localizer she has trained some of her key employees over the years. The company has grown thanks to her excellent communication skills and focus on team building as well as on empowering employees at all levels of the company. She has fostered growth and trust within and outside the organization and has recently become Corporate Coach. Diego Cresceri Chief Operations Officer E-mail: diegoc@novilinguists.com Diego joined Novilinguists in 2005 as a translator/localizer. He stood out for his brilliant technical and problem-solving skills and in 2006 he moved on to Senior Project Management. Through commitment, determination and possessing excellent executive skills he became a partner in 2008 and nows acts as Chief Operations Officer.
PROJECT MANAGERS Christian Torchia Senior Project Manager E-mail: christiant@novilinguists.com Christian joined Novilinguists in 2006 as a translator. He soon distinguished himself for his excellent technical skills and in 2007 he began working in project management and quality assurance. He is involved in the management of complex multilingual projects thanks to his strong organizational and analytical skills. His strengths are in monitoring, problem solving and bug fixing. He is a very proactive Project Manager and has good customer relationship skills.

Currently he works in both roles with utmost efficiency and professionalism. TRANSLATORS AND REVIEWERS Federico Persano Senior Translator and Reviser / IT Manager Email: federicop@novilinguists.com Federico began his collaboration with Novilinguists in 2007 as a translator later moving on to revision and project management. Currently his core activity is the revision of key accounts where a high level of accuracy is required. He also manages the company’s IT infrastructure thanks to his strong knowledge in the field. Camilla Amici Senior Translator and PM / Inter-functional Manager E-mail: camillaa@novilinguists.com Camilla started working with Novilinguists in April 2007 as a translator and reviewer. In January 2008 she moved into project management whilst remaining involved in translation and review. Thanks to her ability to work in a team she also covers the role of Inter-functional Manager, focusing on maintaining a high level of communication between the PM and translator/reviser teams. Federico Brunetto Senior Translator and Reviser Email: federicob@novilinguists.com Federico joined Novilinguists in 2008 as a Project Manager, translator and reviser. Due to his strong linguistic and translation competencies he currently concentrates mostly on translation and revision work. Paolo Noris Marketing translator and transcreator E-mail: paolo@novilinguists.com Paolo joined Novilinguists in May 2008 as a translator and reviewer. He then moved on to the management of some key marketing accounts whilst remaining involved in translation and review. Paolo has a strong foreign languages background and a sense for semantics, which results in Paolo being a very professional linguist. Fabia Barbieri SW Localizer and reviser E-mail: fabia@novilinguists.com Fabia joined Novilinguists in May 2008 as a translator and reviser for key accounts. Her attention to detail is beneficial in all revision processes whilst her analytical and constructive skills benefit the external resource selection process, which she is also active in. Roberta Spinetta Senior Translator / Reviser and Language Lead E-mail: robertas@novilinguists.com Roberta joined Novilinguists in June 2009 as an experienced translator and reviser. Her attention to detail, precision and accuracy make her our trump card in the Quality Assurance Department. Roberta is also our expert in terminology and style consistency. ACCOUNTING Rita Viviani Senior Accounting Manager E-mail: accounting@novilinguists.com; ritav@novilinguists.com Rita began working at Novilinguists in 2008 as Accounting Manager. With the company’s steady growth in staff, resources and clients, Rita’s experience in accounting was vital. Her organisational capabilities and precision enable the smooth running of all the accounting processes. MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Kate Dempsey E-mail: kated@novilinguists.com; marketing@novilinguists.com Kate joined Novilinguists in early 2005. She was employed for her project management skills and worked in the strategic management of some of our key accounts where particular communication capabilities were critical. Due to her versatility and strong knowledge of cultural differences she then moved to the Marketing Department.

She handled mainly marketing content adaptation for some key accounts. Her excellent knowledge in the field of translation coupled with her strong communication skills showed that being part of marketing and business development could bring added value to the company. In 2008 she moved on to marketing while still remaining involved in specific translation fields. |
